General membership meetings are required to be held on the 2nd Tuesday of March, June, September & November. They are routinely held at the Charles County Fairgrounds in Bel Alton, MD. The June meeting is adjusted to occur after the closing dates for the July Show. A December (Christmas) meeting is open to all members and a January (Annual) meeting is also when Awards are acknowledged for Club members. These last 2 meetings are held at various locations, including members houses. Meetings normally commence at 7:30 pm.
Membership Dues: Membership dues are currently $20.00 for regular voting members, $5.00 for Junior members (no vote) and there is a $10.00 Initiation Fee for new applicants.
